Doesn't seem like he has any really notable abilities, other than some fantastic pickpocketing skills. And a general sense of extreme curiosity, but that's not really an ability, is it?

Let's see. He's a nice guy. Sort of. Cheerful, talkative. A bit of a spazz - it's kind of like he's on a perpetual sugar high, always chatting and smiling and gesturing all over the place when he's saying stuff - and a little twitchy since what he's doing is sort of illegal, after all, and involves more than just a bit of stealing, but hey, it's not that most people can't overlook. Besides, he's friendly enough. If you start small talk, he'll go for as long as you need, and if you're not in it for the conversation, then hey, that's fine too, he'll just make the deals you want and see if he can get you what you need.

Which isn't to say that he'll just give stuff away, nah, never. He's a businessman, when you get to the bottom of things, and he runs some pretty odd bargains. A silk dress for a case of bullets and a hank of your hair, it's so pretty and blonde. That box of chocolate truffles? Sure, just tell me your name and what you're doing around here, and d'you have any super powers? Tell me about it! Those Nikes - yeah, those're pricey, that'll cost you a day's worth of food and also, come watch a movie with me tomorrow, 'kay? He seems to like knowing about people, and if you ask, he'll just grin and say, "I'm curious."

But he's never let down anyone yet. If he says he'll get you a double-action engine piston by tomorrow, then hell yeah, he'll get it for you, and if he says what he's giving you is a real chocolate cake just in exchange for just 10 minutes of chatting, then he'll keep the deal. So what's a bit of quirkiness if he's trustworthy in the end?

→ Born to your average young couple in an average part of the city.
→ Goes through elementary and middle school. Averagely.
→ Drops out after middle school and joins in those gangs and stuff.
→ A fight breaks out in his area!
→ He's seperated from his parents, sepereated from his gang buddies.
→ Wanders around for a few years, aimlessly.
→ Comes back to his hometown - can't find his family.
→ Starts up a trading business. Figures it might work.
→ And hey, it does! He gets kind of famous for it.
→ He's had his business for a few years - four or five.
→ Present day.
